I’m running version, but since the 1.4 version of the Software Licensing plugin was released, it’s not showing up in my updates page. I’ve since received other updates from other plugins, so I know my system is picking up some updates from the wp.org repo.

I’ve attached my system info file.

    Same thing happening for me.

Can you guys both post your license keys so I can ensure they are active?

    Yep, you’re activated.

Give it a try now. I just realized that I enter the version number wrong 😛

I still haven’t receieved notification of the update.

I checked my Database and I have:

So the system recognizes it’s active. I think I’ll just manually update the plugin for now.

I figured out the problem guys. Sorry my fault. I implemented a new per-site status system for licenses but failed to take into account existing sites. Basically no existing site had a status, so each site was considered inactive.

    Updates should show now.

    Hi Chris & Thomas,
We haven’t heard from you guys in a while. I’m going to presume you both were able to get things sorted out. If not please let us know by replying to this ticket.

    Hi Chris,

I ended up manually updating to 1.4.1. I’ll mark this as resolved, and if the next release doesn’t automatically get updated I’ll reopen.
