How many products can I create?

Unlimited! There are no product limitations or listing fees. Create as many products as you want, and easily sell them with Easy Digital Downloads.

Do I have to pay extra for support?

Easy Digital Downloads support is free for all users. You may open a support ticket at any time. Extension support, however, requires a valid extension license key. License keys are issued at the time of purchase.

Will Easy Digital Downloads work with WordPress.com?

Yes. You will need a business plan on WordPress.com, which supports third-party plugins.

What are the license keys used for?

License keys simply connect your site to ours, allowing us to send you automatic updates if your license key is in good standing. We also provide extension support for valid license key holders.

What happens if I do not renew my subscription?

License keys are subscription-based and will automatically renew every year. Lock in your pricing by keeping your subscription active. If you decide to cancel, you will lose access to support and updates as well as opt-out of your existing pricing.

How are product passes licensed?

All passes have a specific number of sites they can be activated on. A site is any url/domain you install WordPress on. If you are running WordPress multisite each site with that is considered a site.
