  2. How to Allowlist

Why is this important?

Many e-mail and internet service providers have aggressive programs filtering systems to block unwanted e-mails (also known as spam).

That’s a good thing. But most entrepreneurs agree the current system is far from perfect. Often these programs block e-mails that you actually want to get.

Solution: Allowlist (Whitelist) Emails from EDD

When you allow emails addresses that you want email from, email providers use your list to make adjustments to their overall filtering system which in turn helps the entire internet world!

đź“ť In the past some people called this ‘the whitelist’ or ‘whitelisting’ but ‘allowlist’ is the more modern preferred term.
