Under Downloads > Reports, you can find various reports and graphs to monitor your store’s sales and income.
Reports Usage Terms
Gross Sales is the total quantity of downloads sold.
Net Sales is the total quantity of downloads sold minus any items that have been fully refunded (items with a partial refund are still included).
Gross earnings are the total of the earnings before discounts, fees, and taxes.
Net Earnings is the sum of earnings after discounts and fees, excluding taxes. When reported for specific downloads, fees applied to the entire order are not included.
Rapportages
Each report allows you to present data for a certain period of time (Month to Date by default) and compare it to a past period.
Overzicht
The Overview section provides an overview of your store’s sales and earnings, average order value, new customers, and amount refunded.
Downloads (or Products)
The Downloads report gives you an overview of your products.

- List of Earnings By Taxonomy (Tags and Categories)
Terugbetalingen
The Refunds report provides details about your refunds.

Betaalpoorten
The Payment Gateways report shows what payment gateways are used during the set timeframe.
Belastingen
The Taxes report shows the Total Taxes Collected and Taxes collected by location. This report allows you to filter by:
- Timeframe
- Downloads
- Land
- Region
Bestandsdownloads
The File Downloads report provides details about files downloaded as a result of purchases made via your store. Available data includes Total File Downloads, the top five most downloaded products, and a graph of sales over the specified period.
Note, downloads by customer and/or order can be found in the order details under the tools tab.
Kortingen
The Discounts report shows how discounts are used with your store.

Klanten
Het Klantenrapport geeft een overzicht van uw klanten voor de opgegeven periode.

Export
Het Export-tabblad stelt u in staat om verschillende winkelgegevens en logboeken naar CSV te exporteren. Beschikbare exporten:
- Verstrapport: Download een CSV met een gedetailleerd overzicht van de inkomsten in de loop van de tijd.
- Verkopen en Inkomsten: Download een CSV van alle verkopen of inkomsten op dagelijkse basis.
- Productverkopen: Download een CSV-bestand met een overzicht van elke verkoop van een product, samen met de klantgegevens.
- Bestellingen: Download een CSV van alle bestellingen.
- Belaste Bestellingen: Download een CSV van alle bestellingen, belast per land en/of regio.
- Klanten Exporteren: Download een CSV van klanten. Selecteer een taxonomie om alle klanten te zien die downloads in die taxonomie hebben gekocht.
- Belaste Klanten: Download een CSV van alle klanten die belast zijn.
- Download Producten: Download een CSV van productdownloads.
- API Verzoek Logboeken: Download een CSV van API-verzoeklogboeken.
- Bestandsdownload Logboeken: Een logboek voor elke keer dat een bestand wordt gedownload, ongeacht hoe vaak. CSV bevat Datum, Gedownload door, IP-adres en Productbestand
